Lauren and Markie
Lauren Ash Morgan is co-founder and artistic director of Speech of Fire, a new theatre company. From 2014 to 2019she was the artistic director for Seoul Shakespeare Company. In her role as the Artistic Director of SSC she served as SSC's composer, musician and text coach, as well as set/costume/music design. While she was usually the leader of the acting ensemble at the end of her time, she made her debut as an actor (and the lighting design) in the SSC's King Lear. Markie Post......................Markie Post is a noted American actress known for her roles as the public defender Christine Sullivan in NBC's sitcom Night Court the bail bondswoman Terri Michaels in ABC's drama series The Fall Guy and Georgie Anne Lahti Hartman in CBS's sitcom Hearts Afire. Other roles include an array of game show appearances. She is the daughter of the scientist Richard F. Post and his poet wife Marylee Post was raised in Walnut Creek and Stanford alongside her twin siblings. She attended Las Lomas High School where she was a cheerleader. She studied briefly at Pomona College before graduating from Lewis & Clark College. The previous marriage she had was to Stephen Knox. In 1982, she was married to actor and writer Michael A. Ross with whom she has two daughters. Post, a wonderful actress as well as the perfect wife and mother, is an example to several Hollywood actors.
